Our Pastor
It was in the year 1986 that Pastor Jeya Stephen started his first church ministry in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Starting with a single soul, God has been equipping him for pastoral ministry, especially to present His word with no compromises.
” To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit… to another distinguishing between spirits ” 1 Corinthians 12:8-10
So has the Lord gifted him to use him for His teaching ministry. In addition to serving as the director of NCTA, his simplified teaching of biblical truths to the church congregation has been of great blessing to many for the past 30 years. Furthermore, his vision to teach and equip students for the kingdom of God continues to burn with passion.
Worship ministry
God alone is worthy of our devotion, praise and worship. He is God, our Creator, and we are commanded to praise and worship Him.. Psalm 96:9 says, “Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.” Psalm 29:2 says, “Give unto the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.”
A.W. Tozer said, “Without worship, we go about miserable.” God doesn’t want us to be miserable — He has a perfect plan for our lives. He has done so many things to show us that He loves us and doesn’t want us to be miserable. He wants us to have hope for a future with Him –he wants us to have eternal life in heaven with Him.
Children’s Church
Our Children’s ministry is an exciting program that focuses on training the children to know Jesus. Our children’s ministry is the place where worship, faith, prayer and Bible reading go hand in hand. Our desire is to see your children grow in the LORD and walk according to His Word.
Our ministry team is focused on introducing Jesus into the children’s life and train them to love the Lord with all the heart, mind and soul. We believe that children are the greatest in the Kingdom (Matthew 18:1-5). God has a great plan for every child, We pray and mentor them to follow His ways and fulfill His purpose in their lives. Our programs focus on children of all ages. We teach them the art of Worship and how to enter into His Holy Presence through our Worship time. Children are taught Bible Lessons and Stories through Puppet shows, skits etc. We also help the children to memorize the scriptures and challenge them through Quiz and Contests. Children are also encouraged to express their talents and creativity in serving the Lord and bringing Glory to His name.
Our Children’s Ministry meets every Sunday at 09:00 a.m. during the Sunday Morning Service except for second Sundays. Please contact us if you would like to volunteer and be a part of this blessed ministry.
CBS – Children’s Bible School
A vacation bible school (VBS) is a specialized form of religious education that focuses on children. Churches usually hold the week-long events during the summer, though the lengths of such programs may vary, and they are sometimes held during other times of the year.
